Prof. Roll & Pastuch (R&P) is a multi-award-winning management consultancy specializing in pricing, sales and strategy. From our offices in Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Osnabrück and Zurich, we support clients ranging from major corporations to medium-sized companies around the world. We currently still have an internship available starting on December 1, 2026.

The internship is available at our Berlin, Cologne, Munich or Osnabrück offices. It generally lasts three months; in exceptional cases, a ten-week internship is possible.
Your responsibilities:
Still at university, but already fully involved: We want to give you an authentic insight into management consulting. You will work as a fully fledged member of our project teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing materials for project workshops and expert interviews.
- Supporting data analysis and the development of Excel tools.
- Taking part in meetings with your project team and clients.
- Conducting research and contributing to internal projects that help develop our firm.

- You are studying business administration, business information systems, business mathematics, business psychology, economics, a natural science or a comparable subject at bachelor’s or master’s level, and have achieved good or very good results so far.
- You have completed at least the third semester of your bachelor’s degree by the time you apply.
- You have good or very good mathematical skills and enjoy working with data and analyses.
- You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel—an XLOOKUP should not present an insurmountable challenge.
- You have already gained some practical experience through a previous internship or working-student position.
- You speak German at C2 level and have a good command of English, as we work on many international projects.
