Am I a good fit for Prof. Roll & Pastuch?

Personality is particularly important to us – if you enjoy working in a team and are communicative and creative, then you've come to the right place. On a personal level, we expect ‘emotional intelligence.’ Consulting is a people business. You will be working with a lot of people in a short period of time. This means you will constantly have to adapt to new situations and challenges. If you enjoy this, it is an important prerequisite for success in consulting. In addition, your analytical skills should be above average. The complex tasks our clients set us require us to be able to quickly familiarise ourselves with unfamiliar issues, structure them logically and work together with the client to find a solution. For us, solutions mean not only listening to our gut feeling, but also using hard, quantitative analysis. You should therefore have a very good feel for numbers and mathematics and be confident in using analysis tools such as Excel.

How can I prepare for the introductory day?

Since we value not only your professional fit but also your personal fit with us, just be authentic and yourself during the application process. In addition, it may be helpful to work through a few cases in advance and acquire some pricing knowledge with the help of our pricing lexicon.

I would like to do a PhD. Is that possible at Prof. Roll & Pastuch?

For us, a doctorate is not just a title, but above all an opportunity for further academic development. As a senior consultant or project manager, you have the opportunity to work on your doctorate at the same time. You will receive a 50% contract and can work on your doctorate in your free time.
